Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 1, 2022

By booking services through Fika Photobooth, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms help us ensure an unforgettable (and smooth!) experience for everyone involved. Please review them carefully before confirming your reservation.

Booking and Payment

  • A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your event date.

  • Full payment is due 10 days prior to your event unless otherwise specified.

  • We accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, major credit cards.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you cancel more than 10 days prior to your event, your deposit will be retained, but no further payment is required.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to additional charges depending on the circumstances.

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel, all payments will be refunded in full.

Event Requirements

To ensure a smooth and safe experience:

We require a flat, covered space with access to one standard electrical outlet.

Indoor or protected outdoor use is preferred. Weather-related risks must be disclosed in advance.  Ability to connect to event location WiFi.

Service Duration & Overtime

Packages include a specific number of hours of booth operation, with setup and takedown handled outside that time.

If additional time is requested on-site, it may be offered based on availability and will be billed at $100 per hour.

Use of Photos & Media

With your written or digital consent, Fika Photobooth may use event photos, GIFs, and Boomerangs for marketing on our website and social platforms.

You may opt out of promotional use at any time by contacting us.

Damage & Liability 

Fika Photobooth is not liable for any injuries, equipment damage, or venue-related issues caused by client negligence or unforeseeable circumstances.

Clients are responsible for ensuring proper behavior of guests using the booth during the event.

Technical Issues

While we take great care to ensure smooth service, technical difficulties can occur. In the rare event of a major malfunction, we will offer a partial refund or credit toward a future booking, depending on the situation.

Changes to These Terms

Fika Photobooth reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website and apply to future bookings.
